Your experience starts at the Ko Olina Marina, where you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary drink and live Hawaiian music and hula on the dock. As the sun begins to set, step aboard Ko Nau Lani, Hawaii Nautical’s luxury sailing catamaran, and cruise along Oahu’s beautiful leeward coastline.

During your sunset sail, take in panoramic ocean views and golden skies while enjoying our full open bar – including beer on tap, wine, and handcrafted cocktails – all included with no upcharge. With spacious decks and attentive crew, the atmosphere is relaxed, refined, and designed to ease you into the evening ahead.

Throughout the sail, guests will also hear light cultural narration and stories about the coastline, ocean traditions, and the significance of this area – offering meaningful context as you transition into the evening’s celebration.

After returning to the marina, you’ll move seamlessly to the Kaula Luau, where traditional music, hula, storytelling, and island-inspired cuisine continue the experience. The combination of ocean sunset and cultural celebration creates a smooth and memorable Ko Olina evening.

Parking: Paid parking is available at Ko Olina Marina. Please allow extra time to park and walk to the check-in area.

Check-in: Please check in 20 minutes prior to departure to allow time for check-in and boarding.

Look for the “Check-In” sign near the docks at Ko Olina Marina on the left side of the Kaula Luau Building. Your captain and crew will greet you and review your custom itinerary before departure.

Special Notes:

• All participants must complete electronic waivers prior to participation.
• Please note that the luau and the sunset sail will be booked on the same day, and that you will receive separate confirmation emails for each activity.
• This is a barefoot sail, you will need to remove your shoes before your sail.
