Recommendations:

• Please bring extra cash for lunch, snacks, Dole’s pineapple ice cream, etc.
• Sunscreen is also highly recommended.
• Please be advised there will be a variety of terrain visited while on the tour; from sand, gravel, to dirt. Please take this into consideration when planning your attire.

Requirements/Restrictions:

• A minimum of 2 guests is required for the tour to operate. While we aim to provide advanced notice, cancellations due to low participation may occur up to 1 hour before the tour start time.
• Tours operate rain or shine. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a tour is canceled by the operator, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Wheelchairs should be collapsible. Guests must be accompanied and must be able to walk a short distance to board the bus, as we do not have a ramp

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.
• Tour stop destinations and times may vary for maximum customer enjoyment and experience.
• Tour suitable for all ages, however, strollers are not allowed on the bus, and guests must purchase an additional seat if they wish to bring a car seat.
• Turtles are wildlife and there is no 100% guarantee to see them.
• Tours do not run on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
