Aloha and Welcome to our Newly Remodeled in 2018 Non-Smoking, WIFI, Air Conditioned private one bedroom cottage/guest home in the prestigious, highly coveted North Shore Beach community! Immaculate, meticulously maintained and managed with every detail. We have been in operation for 14 years with a strong return business and have well over 200 5 star reviews among our various marketing platforms! * Please note we have a 3-5 Night minimum unless less days are available and requesting dates that are same day check in /check out as a previous reservation increases your odds of acceptance.
The location is as good as it gets on the North Shore, hands down!!! Located in a private, secure, gated community in the very heart of the north shore surfing beach area between Waimea Bay & Pipeline whilst tucked away in a lush tropical neighborhood setting on the beach side of Kamehameha HWY. At the top of the driveway is a 2 mile bike path (2 bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breath taking, romantic beach less then a 2 minute walk on the other side of the home. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), Food Trucks, Coffee Bean & Tea and Foodland Grocery are all within a 10-15 minute walk. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All surf contests are a short walk or bike ride from the cottage. Don’t be fooled by other properties stretching the truth on their North Shore/Beach location, this is “EXACTLY” where you want to be. *Please note, previous guests have wished they stayed up here in one location and done day trips to the other parts of the island given it’s only one hour from one side to the other vs. checking in/out with other accommodations. Once your here, it’s hard to leave! 🙂

Large windows throughout the cottage bring in natural light on the first floor. Each window is surrounded with exotic palms/ bamboo, tropical plants offering privacy from surrounding neighbors and a perfect setting for breakfast in the morning as the sun comes up. In 2018 we rebuilt the deck with stainless steel/Brazilian walnut railings for an elegant finish. A full size stainless steel BBQ with seating for 4 and mauka (mountain) views allows you to eat outside if you prefer and listen to the pounding surf during winter months. Also in 2018 we added a hand carved Indonesian King sized bed frame/new mattress and put in a Lava Rock Hot/Cold outdoor shower to knock off the sand after a hard day at the beach.

What I liked most about my stay at Ke Iki Beach Hale was having access to a bike that I could take to two of the best snorkel spots on the North Shore; Sharks Cove and Three Tables. Three Tables has some amazing coral and rock formations, and easy access from a white sand beach. Sharks Cove requires more skill to access the water but is well worth the effort. It’s a marine sanctuary with a wide variety of ocean life. I swam with turtles in both spots. Bring reef shoes so you’re able to cross the lava formations. On the way home from snorkeling I’d stop by North Shore Taco Truck for great tacos, or grab something from Foodland to grill on the deck. We took the provided beach chairs along the public access to Sunset Beach, right next door from the cottage, and watched the evening sunsets kicking back, drinking POG from travel mugs we found in the kitchen. Also had a great meal at Beach House Restaurant in Haleiwa. Ke Iki Beach Hale is so well located you won’t have to hassle driving and parking, which is a big deal because it does get very crowed at the beaches and there are heavy traffic jams along the two-way road. Ke Iki Beach Hale cottage is a very well-maintained property in a prime location. The unit is very clean, well-organized and includes a high-end outdoor grill. The A/C is great, and the bed is super comfortable. The on-site property manager and owner, Aaron, is a generous and friendly person who is also a passionate host. And because he’s a surfer, he’s got great tips for where, and when to hit the beaches. We highly recommend you stay at Ke Iki Beach Hale. Mahalo, Aaron. We’ll see you again.
I knew this property would be amazing, just by the great reviews and pictures of the beautiful cottage.. however I was completely blown away. Every detail was thought of from providing bikes, beach chairs, and even aluminum water cans which allowed us to have ice cold water when we spent the entire day out on the water while kayaking. The bed blew me away with how comfortable it was and the pillows were amazing too. The location of this property was even more perfect than I expected. Being behind a gate makes you feel very seclusive and you feel like you’re staying where others wish they could stay. If you stay here, you absolutely will not regret it!
As someone who lived in Hawaii for 6 years, I knew exactly what I wanted when planning my trip back home. I found Aaron’s cottage and knew it would fit our needs perfectly. The cottage is gorgeous! Aaron sent over specific instructions on how to arrive and enter. We had our own carport which was great. Cottage showed exactly as pictured and Aaron offered some great advice on where I could get my fishing gear. The cottage couldn’t be in a better location. We would hop on the bikes provided and hit the beaches and Ted’s bakery. Around the corner is the private beach access and the beach was perfect. Very family friendly. The cottage even had a cooler, yeti type bottles, blender, grill, amazing bathroom, washer dryer, beach toys and anything else you’d need for a day at the beach. Oh and did I mention the bed? Haven’t slept the same since being home! Overall, we agreed that we would move into Aaron’s cottage in a heartbeat. Mahalo, Aaron and Ana!
