As you arrive in Honolulu, you’ll experience true Hawaiian hospitality the moment you step off the plane! Your greeter will meet you at your gate with a warm “Aloha” and embrace you with a fresh Hawaiian lei. Then, rest easy and let your greeter escort you to baggage claim and answer any questions you may have.
How will we recognize our greeter?
If you’ll be arriving at the Honolulu Airport on Oahu, your greeter will be wearing a purple aloha shirt, standing just outside your arrival gate, holding a welcome sign personalized with your names on it. HNL International flights will have a greeter outside of the customs and agriculture area outside of the Singles Exit near curbside.

Requirements/Restrictions:
- Please treat your lei greeting as an appointment. It is the sole responsibility of the patron to provide us with accurate and up-to-date flight information prior to arrival.
- Surprise greetings are NOT encouraged and there will be no refunds for no-shows.
- The purchaser MUST notify at least one (1) lei greeting recipient to look for a sign with their name on it upon their arrival.
- Orders requested within 48 hours of flight arrival time will be assessed at $10 fee.

My mom came to visit me to Oahu. Since I didn’t want her to know about the surprise, but she has to be aware that someone will be waiting for her, I told her I won’t be able to pick her up and that I had hired a pick up service. The lei greeting was surprise #1. I was waiting for her outside, at the airport entrance. Surprise #2.
My daughter was visiting Hawaii for the first time and she was a little worried about traveling on her own. I ordered her a lei greeting to make her feel welcome from the moment she got there and for her to know that we got her back no matter where she is.
This was our first trip as a couple, and my girl wanted it to be perfect. She planned it for months, picked all the things we will do and places we will visit.. but she didn’t see this one coming 😉
